The Roundtable Enterprise is a match-based service that connects clients ("you" or "Client") with vetted independent professionals ("Specialists") based on your needs and input. We facilitate the introduction. You decide who to work with. We do not employ, manage, or directly supervise these Specialists.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance levels, revenue increases, or business results. The success of any collaboration between you and a Specialist depends on multiple factors outside of our control — including your communication, expectations, timelines, and scope clarity.

Any case studies, testimonials, or past results mentioned on our site or marketing are for illustrative purposes only. Individual results vary.

Fees for services are discussed and agreed upon during your consultation call. All fees are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

You are not charged for browsing talent or booking a discovery call. You are only charged if you proceed to hire a Specialist through our platform.

All Specialists are independent contractors. We are not responsible for their actions, performance, or deliverables. We do not manage or oversee their day-to-day work. Any working relationship, including scope, expectations, timelines, and payments, are ultimately between you and the Specialist — facilitated by us.

We are not liable for any issues that arise between you and the Specialist, though we may step in to assist with communication or clarification if needed.

You agree to:

• Provide a clear brief and accurate information about your needs
• Respect timelines and professional conduct
• Communicate promptly and respectfully with any matched Specialist

Failure to collaborate reasonably may impact the quality or success of your project and may limit our ability to assist.

All content, trademarks, and assets on this Site are the intellectual property of The Roundtable Enterprise or its licensors. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.

All work completed by a Specialist is subject to the individual agreement made between you and that Specialist regarding intellectual property ownership.

We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose your proprietary business information shared during discovery calls or briefs, except as needed to facilitate matching with a Specialist. Likewise, you agree not to share or misuse any confidential information about our Specialists.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Roundtable Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, resulting from use of our services or any hiring decision you make.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any user or client at our sole discretion if we determine there is a misalignment, breach of conduct, or risk to our reputation or network.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services or Site constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
